maintenance warranty and the company is at customer's service.

Annual Support Plan
 
This support option is for Mobile Seller Enterprise Suite. After a successful pilot run the customer is entitled for 12 months free service. This package includes minor customizations, introduction of new management reports/views and free product upgrades.

After the expiration of free 12 month support and maintenance period, customers will be charged 40% of the products selling price for annual services.

On The Job User Training And Orientation
 
Emzone gives the best product training packages. Our product support team will conduct top class user training and product familiarization programs to gain the best level of user satisfaction. Emzone "Field Assistants" will guide the sales personnel to use mobile applications most efficiently and productively in the process of collecting field data.

Emzone Licensing
 
Users must accept the Emozone License before using any of the products of Emzone Private Limited. Mobile Seller Enterprise is licensed as a single suite and separation of its component parts is strictly prohibited.
